Not to be confused with PAT testing (which are the portable appliances such as toasters, which let’s face it, students can’t live without!), electrical testing covers the safety of the electrics of the actual property. The electrical fixtures and fittings, such as the wiring, switches, light fittings, plug sockets, etc.
